The Power of Acknowledgment: Unlocking Growth and Fulfillment

This post is all about the power of acknowledgment and its ability to transform your life. You will learn how you can use acknowledgment to accept your reality, shift your perspective, and create a more positive and fulfilling life for yourself and others.

The Power of Acknowledgment: Unlocking Growth and Fulfillment

Spirit has brought up “acknowledgment” as the mantra for today. It sparks a powerful set of questions: Do we feel truly seen? When do we crave recognition the most? How freely do we acknowledge others?

Respect and Acknowledgment: A Powerful Bond

At the heart of acknowledgment is respect. They work hand in hand. Have you noticed how powerful it is, on a human level, to acknowledge another’s presence? Eye contact with a heart centered Spirit-to-Spirit “hello” is incredibly validating.

Unique and Vital: We Are Each Here with a Purpose

Let’s take a moment to acknowledge that we’re all unique. There is no one else with your genetic makeup, astrological makeup, or life experiences. That makes you a unique and vital individualization of All-That-Is and here for a reason. If you weren’t meant to be here you wouldn’t be here. You’d have gotten into an accident and died or simply not opened your eyes this morning to another day of life on planet Earth.

At the very least, we’re all here to live, learn, and to evolve as Spirit through our human experience. And let’s acknowledge that as each of us do we help the collective to evolve as well.

The Power of Our Thoughts and Beliefs

It’s oh so important that we acknowledge the power we wield with the thoughts we think and beliefs we hold and operate through. Let’s acknowledge that everyone has a right to their own beliefs. If you want them to grant you the right to believe as you choose, then you must grant them the right to believe as they choose.

The Law of Attraction: Shaping Your Reality

I’ve learned that when you’ve recognized that you want something to change, you first have to acknowledge what is. Your reality, what is, is simply what is in the present moment. Your energetic attachment to it is what maintains its presence, whether you like it or not. Any form of judgment, as in the way we label it good or bad for example, creates a connection that draws it to us.

Acknowledging Reality: The Catalyst for Change

When you acknowledge and accept what is, you create the space for it to change. So if there’s something you don’t like and want it to change, start by acknowledging what you like and don’t like about it. Ask yourself: “How can this be improved?”

Your Attention Directs the Quantum Field

The reason I suggest this is that the moment you start focusing on the improved version, the quantum field and Universal forces will begin aligning with your new desires. And, bit by bit, as you continue to direct your attention, and thereby feed your energy, to this new and improved version, the quantum field morphs to create it. It gathers the necessary elements and brings them into alignment so your desire can become your next present reality. It all begins with the power of acknowledgment.

The Law of Attraction: A Universal Mirror

There’s something else we’d all benefit by understanding and acknowledging. That’s that the world around us, life as we experience it, reflects back to us our inner state. Whatever you’re thinking and feeling about yourself or others will be perceived by those around you and they’ll treat you accordingly. They may be completely unaware as to why they’re treating you that way, but if you understand this Universal Truth (the Law of Attraction: that which is like unto itself is drawn), then don’t be surprised or hold it against them.

The Power of Acknowledgment: The World Responds to You

In fact, when facing something unpleasant, the wise ones see it as a wake up call to change themselves — to change their thinking and thereby their energetic state. They know that by changing what and how they’re thinking the world around them — people, animals, challenges, etc. — will change in response to their internal energetic shift. They use the power of acknowledgment for present moment transformation.

Taking Responsibility for Your Well-Being

Very importantly, my friend, acknowledge that you’re responsible for your body. Like all the rest of us, you have just one body and it has to last you a lifetime. What state is it in? Do you feel good, healthy, strong, and flexible?

Embrace the power of acknowledging that your quality of life depends on the way you treat yourself and your body. If you’re in pain and suffering, take it upon yourself to learn what you can do to improve it. Would you and your body benefit by improving your diet or exercise routine? Getting more sleep? If the answer is yes, then make the appropriate change.

Embrace Responsibility, Not Magic Pills

So many people want the easy way out. They want to be able to take a magic pill that will solve all of their problems. Let’s acknowledge that no such thing exists. You may find a temporary band-aid that soothes the current symptoms, but if you don’t solve the underlying problem, your body will just breakdown again. In no time you’ll be looking for another magic pill or blaming your doctor for not fixing it right the first time.

Stepping into Your Power with Responsibility

This is important, my friend … you step into your power when you acknowledge and take responsibility for your life and overall state of health. It’s up to you to do what you can to improve it. In fact, your ailments, the circumstances, situations, and conditions you find yourself in, are actually opportunities, the curriculum, for you to learn, grow, and evolve through. There’s no growth from simply popping a magic pill. That’s why they never work long term.

The Power of Acknowledgment and Gratitude

And last but not least, when you’ve put time and effort into something, acknowledge that. When you see that someone else has shown up in a big or small way, acknowledge that. Always acknowledge and give credit where credit is due. Praise will raise your and others’ energy.
